CONGRUENCE:ey Key to Peak Preformance & Sustained Focus

present. ey feel condent in their abilities. ey have clear goals and intentions. ey are relaxed and energized. ey are able to access critical thinking, as well as trust their instincts.

ey are mindful, creative and resilient—a state where the mind, heart and body are in sync.

is program is designed for leaders and teams who need to bring their best selves to each and every interaction. It

THE PRESENCE OF A PL AYER:Devoloping Poise and Bearing

ere is a common quality that you notice in the most seasonedPGA professional players. It’s the way they walk down the

fairway. e way they respond to less than perfect shots. Andhow they express themselves to the media at the end of their

round. ey emanate both an inner strength and outer mannerof approachability. ey are comfortable in their own skin.

e Presence of a Player guides participants to consider, connect and align with the core principles and values inherent

in the game of golf as a foundation for eective decision making. In addition, the program utilizes experiential methodology drawn from

the disciplines of theater, martial and meditative arts to increase one’s level of poise and bearing in the most stressful of situations.

THE MIND OF A CADDIE:Building a Coaching Mindset

e best performing companies have leaders who are highly engaged and personally connected to their jobs and the

organization. ese leaders, in turn, know how to inspire a high level of engagement in those that they lead.

is module is designed for leaders whose goal is to build top- performing teams. It combines the role of a caddie with that of a

coach. It encourages leaders to embody the attributes of attention, empathy, curiosity and courage as they seek to draw

out the best performance in their golfer. It is built on the premise that developing a coaching mindset is the metaphoric bridge

between being a manager and becoming a leader.

THE ART OF STORY TELLING:Creating Memorable Moments

A key part of any golfers journey is what happens at the 19thhole. It is is a time when disasters are reframed and glories arerecaptured and celebrated. It is through the sharing of storiesthat mutual respect and appreciation are expressed and the

bonds between players are solidied.

Stories are also powerful tools for leaders to illustrate values, create meaning and guide the actions of others. Storytelling

is a critical leadership skill to engage an audience, build trust, and teach a lesson. Sharing personal triumphs and challenges

earns a leader the right to be listened to.
