RIP FATHER FRANK VOORWERK On Saturday, December 8, 2018 our founding pastor,
Father Frank Voorwerk died in the Lord. He was just a few months short of his 101st birthday. Father Frank was buried from St. Clement Church on Friday, December 14th. We are grateful to him
for the wonderful legacy he left us and for the gift of his priesthood. Please keep him in your prayers.
A GIFT OF NEW STATUES Two new statues have been placed in our church, one of St. Francis of Assisi and the other of St. Anthony of Padua. They were mounted on the wall on either side of the main doors to the church, just above the
Holy Water fonts. These statues were funded by a gift to the parish in memory of Patrick Chan. Beautiful curved floating shelves were built for them by our own Peter Zingone. We are grateful for his input. DAILY READINGS ON LINE Parishioners throughout the Archdiocese of Toronto can now find the Canadian daily readings for Mass on their archdiocesan and parish websites.
