All of our product lines have been subjected to severe and scrupulous testing by TUV and each, for their specific class, exceeded the levels of efficiency: the 98 Elite line guarantees a long-lasting 97,89% efficiency, the Class model guar-antees a long-lasting 92.7% efficiency. High efficiency Thermostove

Our mission is to create stoves, heating stoves and boilers able to exploit the calorific value of the pellet and minimize the rate of heat discharged with the flue gas. To achieve this result was required careful and innovative design able to extend as much as possible within the body of the thermo the exchange surface with the purpose of extracting the maximum amount of heat from the flue gases before they are pushed outside the dwell-ing. In this way we have achieved efficiencies excellent: up to 96.29%. This percentage is synonymous with savings: the higher, the better you will be able to take advantage of the calorific value of the pellets and the less heat will be lost unnecessarily with exhaust fumes. With these exceptional returns the heater becomes the perfect blend between a traditional boiler and a wood: now you can enjoy the pleasant heat in the living room but you can, at the same time, heat the whole house with the utmost efficiency and huge savings using the traditional system (radiators or underfloor heating).

High efficiency Automatic Boilers

Automatic pellet boilers Artel are able to burn perfectly any type of pellets and mixed such as nut shells and peanuts, pelletized husk, kernels of apricot, cherry and olive and corn. While using alternative fuels, whether mixed with pellets, these boilers offer the same excellent operating performance and ease of use of the most common boilers fired with traditional fuels. The tank capacities up to 221 kg capacity ensures’ excellent autonomy that joined the program, realized with a display evolved able to interact in a very immediate and intuitive, and the low noise make these models the best you can find on the market today.

High efficiency. “98 Elite” line. Hermetic Stove

Extremely high efficiency, in practical terms this means that: if the quantity of heat extrapolated from combustion is 100%, 97,89% is the heat emitted into the environment and just 2,11% is the heat of the exhaust fumes. Achieving these results calls for a careful design able to widen the exchange surfaces, inside the stove body, to extrapolate the maximum quantity of heat from the fumes before they are pushed out of the fumes extractor fan. The widening of the exchange surfaces involves the whole back of the stove and the internal surfaces of the side from top to bottom. These surfaces constitute an obligatory path of 3 metres (1.5 m per side) for the fumes that transfer the heat gradually by convection. Only after this scrupulous and com-pact construction does a stove become a 98 Elite stove. The fumes leave the stove at an extremely small temperature: 131°C. This is proof of the effective efficiency of the 98 Elite design system.

High efficiency Compact Boilers

The use of wood pellets as a heat source with time was extended gaining new applica-tions. From the air oven as a single element used for additions to the heating one or two rooms of the house, the market demand is gradually moving towards systems that can integrate with pre-existing domestic electrical installation. So the choice of wood pellet boiler is dictated by two major sets of factors. Mainly the pellet boiler is able to replace or support the traditional boiler without requiring any modification to the existing plumb-ing. The other factor is the possibility for pellet-fired boiler to integrate perfectly with other energy sources (eg. Solar thermal system for domestic hot water production) maxi-mizing the yield and getting a big cost savings (up to 60% savings heating costs). Will be sufficient for a temperature control change and adapt the control logic and regulate the production of heat, even coming from different energy sources, in relation to the charac-teristics of the building and habits of the end user.

Motor to move the grid

The self-cleaning brazier always ensures a perfect cleaning of the latter, ensuring the primary and secondary air passage necessary for combustion. both during ignition and during normal operation of the boiler.

The moving grate cleans the burn pot bottom without turning off the boiler, thus avoiding new borrowings; in this way the user will have to periodically clean the combustion chamber and will not need to manually clean the brazier before new borrowings, as is the case for standard boilers with braziers.

The compact model boiler 32 thanks to the self-cleaning brazier performance was recertified to 34 kW

The compact model boiler 32 thanks to the performance of the self-cleaning brazier and the ash compactor, was recertified to 34 kW

The compactor comprises a screw conveyor for the removal of ash and by a briefcase for the collection of the ashes.

The biggest advantage of the case is that the end user no longer has the task of periodically emptying the ash pan, but only to control the briefcase and empty it when it is completely filled, the wheels facilitate the move operation.

Combined with the self-cleaning of the burn pot system, the rugged case makes the independent gas and greatly reduces the user’s responsibility to clean.
