General Information

PARKINGValet Parking is available at the hotel with rates depending upon length of stay.

Self parking is also available throughout North Hills Shopping Center. We also

encourage our guests to use the covered parking deck with access to the hotel

elevator for a convenient entrance to the hotel lobby.

GUEST COUNTIn order to best serve your guests, a final confirmation of attendance or

“guarantee” is requested by 12 noon, seven business days prior to your event.

This number will be considered the minimum guarantee and is not subject to

reduction. If no guarantee is received, the hotel will charge for the expected

number of guests as indicated on the Event Order.

SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAXA 24% taxable service charge and applicable state sales tax will be

added to all food and beverage charges , as well as , any audio/visual

equipment charges , function room set-up/rental fees, and labor fees.

General Information

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Much of the success of your wedding depends upon the atmosphere and

surroundings at Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel. Your Catering Manager will

assist you in finalizing your food and beverage selections. All final food and

beverage selections will be due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation, the applicable cancellation fees, as outlined in the

signed Sales Agreement, will apply.

PAYMENT

Unless otherwise arranged with Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel, final

payment must be received seven business days before your event, based on the

guaranteed number of guests.

PREPARATION

All food and beverage are to be provided by and served by the hotel. We are at

your service to customize a menu and accommodate any special requests,

ensuring the success of your event.

DAMAGES

The patron assumes full responsibility for any damages to the hotel property

caused by the patron, their guests or their agents.

Envision the eclectic of Renaissance complementing the magnitude ofyour unique character and style. Our elegant Ballroom provides anintimate setting for up to 300 guests.

Ceremony fees range from $1,000- $2,000 and include a one-hourrehearsal the day prior, set-up of all ceremony equipment to includewedding chairs, a microphone for the wedding officiant, staging,ceremony tables, and a private room for the bridal party to await theceremony.

To insure a flawless ceremony experience, we recommend that you havea ceremony coordinator selected. Although the Catering Team will beonsite during the ceremony, our attention will be devoted to ensuring allvendors and details are in place for the reception.

In addition to the Wedding Reception Fee listed above, there will be a quoted food and beverageminimum, ranging between $10,000 - $18,000. This minimum must be achieved prior to service chargeand applicable taxes.

Our Certified Renaissance Wedding Experts have created five reception packages to guide you to yourdream wedding reception. Each package is based on a five hour reception. The first is dedicated foryour cocktail hour and the remaining four will be spent with dinner and dancing.

We offer special meals for children 10 and under at a price of $33.00 per child. A child’s plated mealincludes a Fruit Salad plate, Chicken Tenders and French Fries. Children may also eat off your buffetdinner.

Vendor plated meals are available for $28 per person. This includes the chef’s selection of hot platedmeal and bottled water.
