Our DAWN® Choux Pastry Mix can solve the problem. Just add 1500g of warm water to 1000g of mix, and you have instant ready to use choux batter and a whole range of choux products at your disposal, with all the quality and reliability you can expect from Dawn Foods. Fill your baked products with fresh cream or DAWN® BAKER’S SELECT Vanilla Frosting and finish with DAWN® Dark Chocolate Glossy Icing to make classic éclairs and choux buns, or drizzle with melted chocolate for delicious profiteroles.

Create even more complex and eye catching products such as chouquettes or Paris brest utilising the same batter mix but a variety of finishing techniques.
