Founded in 1973 by the Maronite Sisters of the Holy Family, Our Lady of Lebanon College has been an integral part of the local community for four decades. There are few things more important than a good education in preparing young people for the challenges of adult life. I recognise the role Our Lady of Lebanon College has played in the development of its students over the past four decades, and the successes they have gone on to achieve. As the school community celebrates this anniversary, I join with students, parents and the school community in paying tribute to the effort of staff and teachers, both past and present. I am sure Our Lady of Lebanon College will enjoy many more such milestones. Yours sincerely TONY ABBOTT 7 August 2013
