The Accreditation Commission acknowledges the following area(s) of strength:

• The mission and vision of the school are clearly articulated.• The Catholic identity permeates every facet of the school.• There is visible support for and among the school community.• The commitment and support of Home & School are evident.• The school community has made fruitful efforts to improve

the financial health of the school.• Administration, teachers and parents maintain high academic

expectations.• Regularly analyzing and reviewing student achievement data

strengthens the school’s academic program.• The school provides a clean, welcoming physical environment.

The following areas require immediateattention within 90 days:

Secure the entrance and exit to the front door.

Improve the arrival and dismissal procedures with regard to traffic.

Making secure audio visual equipment and extension cords.

The following areas should be addressed/ strengthened in the Interim Report of Progress:

• Promote greater awareness of the strategic plan to stakeholders.• The staff and family handbooks should be revised to align with the

Board Policy Manual.• The system for maintaining personnel files should be evaluated

and restructured to more easily maintain required paperwork.• Continue vigilance in monitoring and evaluating faculty and staff.• Incorporate Catholic teachings, traditions, and values across the

curriculum.• Continue professional development in adaptive teaching

strategies and assessment techniques, especially towards strengthening curriculum alignment.
