Masterplanned by renowned Scott Carver Architects with architecture and interior
design by award-winning Turner, Woolooware Bay is a model for sustainable coastal
community development. Emphasis has been placed on creating an environment,
which both compliments and enhances the community’s waterfront location.
Inspiration has been taken from both the nostalgic concept of a ‘beach-house’ and the best of international modern coastal architecture. The result is a place with intrinsic links to the local beachside culture, whilst firmly setting its sights on the future of coastal community living.

building. The Sunset Cinema, a rooftop theatre on Esplanade overlooking
Solander playing Fields, will be for the exclusive use of residents and their
guests. And you can experience the amazing Pinnacle Pool −
the rooftop oasis being created on
Crest, our highest building, as your very own sanctuary, with a relaxation pool, spa, and cabanas.
The family friendly Deck will include a lagoon pool, pavilion and barbeque area. Gardens inspired by “the walk to the beach” hug the many common areas, pathways and Lobbies, will enhance the carefree resort atmosphere of Woolooware Bay and make it a joy to live in this community.

Our S ty leThe understated sophistication of Woolooware Bay’s apartments has been driven by the passion of the design team at Turner, who
focused on creating a sympathetic response to the beautiful natural surrounds. Key pillars which drove the design process include plenty
of natural elements such as water, light, and breeze in the trees, the movement of which influenced the lighting and screening
effects. The hues of the sky were also referenced to inject colour and emotion into built spaces. The home gardens and
picket fences are for residents to enjoy the experience of indoor/outdoor living at Woolooware Bay.
