Nutritional analysis and allergen information can be found on our menus and all other food identifiers.

Our Clarity station features meals prepared without any of the FDA’s top Eight allergens.

Our chefs recieve ServeSafe Allergen Training and encourage students to speak to staff members for any concerns. Our Registered Dietitian is available to all students and can help with any questions regarding food allergies or intolerences.

Can I swipe a guest? Each meal plan includes two guest passes. Bonus dollars may be used for guests at any time.

Do Bonus Dollars roll over? Bonus dollars roll over from semester (Fall) to semester (Spring), but not from year to year. Budgeting helps students avoid running out early or large amounts of unspent funds at the end of the school year.

How do I provide feedback to Siena Fresh?Please feel free to ask for a manager or supervisor, or fill out a comment card at any of our locations. Managers reply to all comment cards within 48 hours. Visit aviserves.com/sienafresh to submit feedback online, or text us your feedback at 518.363.7686.

When are the meal period time frames?Breakfast hours are 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM, lunch hours are 11:00 AM- 4:00 PM, dinner hours are 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and late night hours are 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

What’s the difference between Bonus Dollars and Meal Swipes?Bonus Dollars can be used at all of our food service locationswith no restrictions.

A Meal Swipe can be used at our dining halls during meal periods or at a retail location in between meal periods.
