on selection criteria following submission of calibration CVs and/or list of Essential vs. DesirableSign off on advertising strategy.

• Phase 2– List of candidates identifiedApproach successful candidatesInitial assessment against the

role, performance indicators, cultural fit etc.Target on suitability NOT availability3 to 4 conversations/meetings (at least one of which should be in person)Submit a panel of 3 candidates to client for interview.
