How to Use BOPP Tapes ?

Tape also comes off fromlaminated, wet or muddy boxes.

Press the tape firmly after fixingit to ensure that it stays in place.

Apply the tape in an ‘I’ shape instead of ‘+’ shape so that it stays firm.

For better results, use a tape dispenser.

Using a hot tape or hot box or even if they are kept in a hot place,

reduces its gumming capacity resulting in improper fixing.

Use a tape of appropriate widthdepending on the size of the box.

Box should be filled to itscorrect capacity. Tapes will not stay

in place on half filled boxes.

Tapes will not stay in placeeven on over-filled boxes.

While fixing, keep an extra2.5-3 inches of tape on the sides.

Use a tape of suitable micron based on the thickness of the box.
