Group of Schools number 1 in Jaworzno.
Group of Schools number 1 consists of the Primary School number
20 and the Grammar School.
Our way to school
The school was opened on 1st February, 1964.

The innovation, which was specially welcomed by all pupils,

students' physical fitness.

Our headteacher is Mrs Ewa Sowa.
There are 358 pupils at our school now : 227 attend Primary School131 attend Grammar School.
At present there are 40 teachers.
Projects in which our school took part:
We got the title”Classy school” in 2002/2003
2006/2007 school year our school has joined programme, „Classy
students” organized by the Centre for European Education
Comenius - EU educational program - from 2010 enriches
the educational offer of our school.

Technology is the favourite subject of most students in our school!
"A healthy mind in a healthy body!" We have an up-to-date fitness gym.
Our students have the opportunity to attend many additional classes, for
example theatrical ones and the choir.
This is our library where we can borrow a lot of
interesting books.
Apart from all the interesting books there are also the school
chronicles in our library. Some of them are really old.
The school shop is the place often visited by our pupils. Mrs Ela, the shop assistant,
is always smiling and she is very friendly person for all children!
Mrs Halina, who keeps all the keys to each classroom at school, is always ready to answer all our questions.
At our school we study but we also have great events. This is Annual Charity Concert on which our students present their talents

We have got many students that are winners in different subjects'
and sports' disciplines.
As you can see our school is a great place for learning and having fun. It's really worth
