Welcome to Schaudt's Funeral Service. We proudly offer traditional funeral services in a way that allows you to save money and receive the highest quality funeral service possible. Payment PolicyTo lose someone you love is a devastating human experience. It is frequently traumatic and can seriously impact judgment. We believe in the importance of the recognition and meaningful celebration of a life that has been lived. Our staff will assist you in arranging a service that will meet your individual needs. It is also important to be realistic in respect to funeral expenditures. We do not want a family to spend more than they are able nor less than they would like. What is important is that the arrangements be in keeping with a family's wishes and budget. To avoid any possibility of misunderstanding or embarrassment and for your convenience we accept the following payment methods.

Schaudt Funeral Service started from the ground up in 2002. When the doors opened on the brand new funeral home in Glenpool, our mission was, and is, to be a pillar in the community, and to provide unparalleled service to those who entrust services to us. We feel it is a lifelong calling to serve those in our community at a most difficult time in their lives. Our staff has been serving families with a combined experience of over 100 years. We take great pride in what we do, and because of our commitment to families and communities, Schaudt Funeral Service has been blessed to expand our business to three locations in the Tulsa area. Services, Facilities &Equipment

1. Administrative and Professional Services of Funeral Director

This is a basic fee that we charge every family for our professional service in assisting them with their preferences. It includes a proportionate share of our overhead required to serve the public. Our charge includes but is not limited to consultation with the family, administrative and clerical services, preparation of the death certificate for certification of the attending physician or medical examiner, consultation with cemetery or common carrier, our availability 24 hours a day to bring your loved one into our care at Schaudt Funeral Service and to answer questions you may have. This fee also includes placement of obituary notices on-line at www.schaudtfuneralservice.com This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee for our basic services and overhead is already included in our charges for direct cremation, direct burial, forwarding remains and receiving remains).

2. Transfer of Deceased(30-mile radius). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $350

*Local Area -30-mile radius; for distancesover 30-mile radius there will be a $3.50 per mile fee.

3. Professional Embalming . . . . . . $700

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as a direct cremation or immediate burial. Embalming will be performed at Schaudt Funeral Service

Additional Mileage Charge: Unless otherwise noted, all transportation charges contained in this General Price List apply to local area only (within a 30 mile radius of the funeral home).
