• Arrange inbound sales and marketing trips for sales and management personnel • Coordinate travel agent educational tours and individual site inspections. • Personally escort hoteliers on all sales appointments within Italy • Attend individual hotel events (showcases, trade shows, etc.) • Organize and distribute special mailings to the Italian travel agency market

HOW WE WORK

1) After having studied your property we will submit to you a specific action plan with the market segment we think are right for you and the marketing tools we will use to reach the clients. 2) Every month we will send you a report with the actions we have done the contact of the agencies and companies we have met. It will be a excel file with all the details so you can make a second call to ha-ve direct contact.

3) We will have a weekly conference call to discuss the actions and to define the offers and marketing tools we want to improve and the objectives the hotel is looking for the next three months 4) Quarterly we will analyze with you during a dedicated conference call the results in terms of reserva tions, requests, signed contract with italian operators and growt of the visit to your website from Italy .

5) If the hotel has a sales team we will be constantly in touch with the team and with the reservation manager in order to keep them informed about actions and potential clients.

6) We will visit the hotel once or twice in the year to know better the property and to build relationship with the hotel staff.
