• Engage in credit activities as a credit provider: Credit business refers to credit products offered in the capacity of a Responsible Entity to operate the regis-tered managed investment scheme, AfsSec Australian Mortgage Fund, ARSN 603 046 377, including:

Commercial Mortgages: mortgage loans to companies to develop, or hold property, including first mort-gage and subsequent mortgages. Residential Mortgage: home loans to home buyers, including first and second, including first mortgage and subsequent mortgages.

• Engage in credit activities other than as a credit provider:

Credit business refers to introducing the credit products of other credit providers, mainly, the major banks, to the clients of AFSSEC, in the capacity as finance (loan) broker.
