Our ecosystem

Divalto adopted an indirect distribution method. Divalto’s softwares are distributed through a network of 300 partners, in France - including the overseas departments and territories – and in a few foreign countries. The strength of Divalto Group is to rely on partners who form a very consistent network with strong synergies. This defines the Divalto ecosystem.

Divalto infinity Trade and Logistics includes replenishment planning, inventory management, sales and distribution monitoring and provides lots of dashboards and decision-making tools.Thanks to Divalto infinity Trade and Logistics, you will be able to manage all the events related to purchasing and sales : quotation, invoicing, order picking, shipping, accounting and cost analysis, and of course purchases and stocks. User-friendly tools help you browse and analyse stocks, purchases and sales related data and the corresponding statistics.Divalto infinity Outlet management is dedicated to in-store and counter sales and includes peripheral equipment suited to cash-handling functionalities : sales receipts, collection, statistics.

Finances Divalto infinity Finances deals with financial and cost accounting, capital expenditures, budgets, invoicing automation and tax forms.Multi-company, mutli-business unit and multi-collectivity, this module is a perfect answer to all kind of companies (from medium to big ones). Divalto infinity Finances also covers client and supplier payments, client dunning, VAT return and bank interface with EBICS protocol and SEPA standard.With its fully-customizable cashflow forecasts tool, Divalto infinity Finances is able to show you every bank forecasts by extracting the whole ERP relevant data (supplier commitment, due payments, ...).

Manufacturing

Divalto infinity Manufacturing is intended for manufacturing companies, whatever their production process : sales-order-related, make-to-stock, serial, in small or large quantities. The module also includes functionalities for custom manufacturing and partial or full subcontracting practices.Divalto infinity Production naturally includes powerful planning and scheduling functionalities.Divalto infinity Manufacturing also provides a synoptic function to manage and circulate the production-process-related documentation. Production operators are then able to access all documents required for the product manufacture, directly from the workshop.Divalto infinity Worshop Data Input is the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) functionality of Divalto infinity Production. It makes production-related data acquisition easier and in real time from the workshops, through touch-screen terminals and barcode readers.

HRMS - Human resource management system

Divalto infinity HRMS helps you manage the employees working in the company different business units, as well as the related contracts and HR data. The payroll is processed, and salary slips are generated and archived. Huge customization options make it possible to deal with any structure, even when payroll calculation rules are complex.Recording the events of an individual is a way to get a comprehensive career monitoring.

Project

Divalto infinity Project helps you monitoring all the rules and data linked to business-case management. Business multi-level structures, customizable dashboards for data monitoring and reporting, budget estimates, contract amendments, collection of all the flows coming from the connected modules (purchases, sales, production, payroll and finances), comparative balance sheets. Times spent on each business case are also managed through this application : time recording and time-based invoicing according to arbitrages.

Quality Divalto infinity Quality is a powerful quality management system (QMS), in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. Quality-related events are managed and tracked, quality objectives are followed and valued, suppliers are evaluated, and cost of obtaining quality (COQ) is defined.Divalto infinity Control is the quality control process management module : Quality controls of supplier or subcontractor deliveries, pre-production controls, in-process controls (internal checks) and final inspections at the end of production. Once inspection plans, monitoring plans and measurement tools have been defined, on-the-spot checks can be carried out directly by connecting Divalto infinity to the measurement tools. All the data are stored and reported in analytics and in dashboards.

CRM

Divalto infinity CRM is completely devoted to the company contact relationship management : customers, leads, prescribers, suppliers, institutions, shareholders and employees.Thanks to Divalto infinity CRM, you can display an overview of a contact situation events, projects and current contracts – in one click. Furthermore, e-mail clients and telephony (CTI) are fully integrated to the software. A marketing campaign management functionality is also included to address clearly identified targets and generate the relevant statistics.

WMS - Warehouse Management System
