Miss Barbie remembers ..

When Tiffany was in the backroom during a lockdown withher classmates. IT was a tight squeeze with 12 students, 2 teachers, and the student aides. All of a sudden, Tiffany“tooted.” We cleared that room in a hurry.

Sidney always raced to sit by our female student aides. Hesaid they were the most beautiful girls in the entire world.

Cady Lewis was the kindest, most respectful young lady I haveever met. She was so helpful to all of the students that I askedher to work with. She shared her confidences and sweet spiritwith everyone. She touched the lives of not only my special stu-dents but of all the people she came into contact with. We willnever forget you , Cady. Thank you for looking beyond disabilityand seeing “ability.”
