Located within the heart of Ashton-under-lyne , this 1960’s former tax office was partially refurbished with little success. Our vision is to bring this property up to modern requirements of city living create 50 apartments with state of the art facilities and to introduce a modern striking façade than the poor one that currently exists. This building is quite iconic for its locality and we wish to support its position by creating something quite special that people will be impressed to live and work in.
