OurstoryRattan House was established in 1982, in Amman, Jordan. It started

as a small workshop weaving outdoor furniture for those living within a 10-mile radius. The quality, comfort and longevity of each product soon became the talk of the town. However, the idea of reaching out to a bigger market remained a distant dream.

At the turn of the millennium, a Dubai-based entrepreneur took over Rattan House, moved its headquarters to Dubai and completely

re-worked its business model. Smarter technology and designs were

combined with traditional techniques and passion to complete with the world’s biggest brands.

New factories were built ground-up to meet the highest standards

and to make an impact in the global marketplace. It was a huge risk

and a major challenge given that people in the Gulf were still warming up to the idea of outdoor living. It was more than just high financial investment. It was the investment of one man’s faith. Thankfully, the efforts paid off.

Across the Arabian Peninsula, Rattan House soon became successful

with high-quality outdoor furniture. What began, as a three-man company is now an enterprise run by a global team of 500 professionals

all contributing to the success of the brand. Today, Rattan House sells

the highest quantity of world-class outdoor furniture in the Middle East.

Rattan House Factory was established in 2005 with the sole objective of meeting the growing demands of Rattan House Company and the need

to better control the quality and outcome of our furniture. All furniture frames are made of high quality grade aluminum, which ensures the structural integrity and stability of each piece. Made entirely from T4

and T5 aluminum structure, all our furniture is practically moved around because of its light weight; lasts for a long time because of the anti-rust element that aluminum has. Finally, as a structure, it lasts longer than any

other material, as it can withstand the highest and lowest temperatures.

The Synthetic fibers we use at our factory are Viro and Rehau which are skilfully woven to create our collections of luxury outdoor furniture. We constantly upgrade the skills of our employees to meet the challenges of

today’s competitive business world.

Complimenting an impressive range of skills and experiences, our fully trained craftsmen, staff and consultants offer an unravelling insight into the design, manufacturing and maintenance of Rattan Furniture. In Rattan

framework, weaved with the world’s leading synthetic fiber acquired from Viro and Rehau

and upholstered with weatherproof fabric from Sunbrella and Citel.

Rattan House uses premium weaving material suitable for all types of outdoor furniture as

well as home accessories.

All synthetic materials are manufactured according to ISO 9001-2000 quality

assurance standards and supplied by renowned manufactures such as Viro

and Rehau using state-of-the-art engineering know-how and production technology.

Available in all single tone solid colours and in a wide range of profiles, Rattan House offers a wide variety of fiber design.All available materials are 100% outdoor suitable, and are: - UV resistant

Aluminum is a metal that is commonly used for outdoor furniture, it is usually chosen because of

its light — weight and the minimal maintenance that it requires. Aluminum is a durable material
