    1. High ropes/ low ropes coursesHigh ropes and Low Ropes course are both physically and

    mentally challenging

    Introduce instructors to the group and build trust;

    Establish behaviour and safety guide lines for the group;

    Initiate the group development process;

    6. Wild Camping The Wild Camping is at the heart of our program. Out-

    trips can be a simple day outing or an expedition lasting

    a week or more. A out trip provides an enjoyable wilderness experiencewith a focus on group strength.

    It is a medium for positive group developmentencouraged by the leader.

    Participants should experience personal growth anddevelopment.

    Instruction in minimum impact camping, natural history,navigation, outdoor cooking and many other skills takeplace during the out-trip.
