“Impacting Children & Teens for Christ” Jeremy Mavis

Jeremy Mavis leads a vibrant ministry at Hayward Wesleyan Church as pastor of children and youth.

He is also a writer and consultant for the Wesleyan denomination‘s children and youth ministries. Jeremy

will give valuable and helpful information for reaching the younger generations.

“Outside the Walls” Steve DeNeff

Steve DeNeff, lead pastor of College Wesleyan Church in Marion, IN, has seen significant changes in their

church’s DNA. In the main sessions he will share their story of how God is teaching and leading them outside

the walls of their church, and how we must rethink what and how we do things to reach our culture. In the breakout session, Steve will give practical insights and

information about how to go outside the walls.

“Growing the Church in Faith & Generosity” Heather Semple

Heather Semple is lead pastor of Red Cedar Church in Rice lake. Under her leadership the church has more

than doubled in the past 3 years. Last year they had over 300 decisions for Christ, with over 200

baptisms. She will share how God has enabled them to stretch and grow in their faith and generosity.

“Creating Christ-centered & Engaging Worship” Jeff Semple

Jeff Semple is the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at Red Cedar Church in Rice Lake. He plans, prepares,

and leads the services, bringing energy, life and passion to the worship experience. In his breakout,

Jeff will share why worship is critical and practical and helpful ways to make it meaningful and relevant.

H.C. Wilson H.C. Wilson is the District Superintendent of the

Atlantic District. He has served The Wesleyan Church in many ways, including General Superintendent and General Director of Global Partners. H.C. will

chair the District Conference and lead in the commissioning of Errol & Joyce Wilcox.
