Construct a 24 indoor stall barn on 200 acres and offer partial and full board for owners. Also provide horses for teaching, lease, and sale. Allow owners to experience quality time with their horses for optimal bonding and rider experience, by offering home like setting, and amenities desired by the quality of clientele.

As an affiliate with the Thoroughbred Charities of America, become the aftercare facility for ex racehorses in the state of Florida. Allow female veterans to come help rehab, retrain, and rehome OTTB’s, which will help facilitate healing through equine assisted therapy.

The first development begins with the

purchase of Shirron Farms, an eighteen

acre property, located on the St. John’s

River in historic Picolata. The Main

House has five private suites that each

open to the indoor pool atrium. This will

be the main riding school, once fully

developed.

The second phase of development will

be purchasing 100 of 220 acres directly

behind Shirron Farm, known currently

as Two Son Farm. This is an extremely

dense area, which we will maintain the

natural integrity of the property when

adding our resort, including main

house, pool and villas.

The third phase involves the

remaining 120 acres behind Two

son Farms, which includes

waterfront acreage that will be

developed into the yacht club.

will be accepting applications for sixty

five students who have learned to ride,

and ready to take their skills to the next
