Q: When can I spend my quarterly allowance?

A: Your allowance goes into your account quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. You can:

› Spend your full quarterly allowance as soon as it’s in your account.

› Save up your allowance to pay for higher-priced items.

› Order once a month up

to 12 times a year.

Unused balances roll forward

each quarter but don’t carry
