• At least four went on to work as journalists abroad--in Cairo, Berlin, Israel and Istanbul. Another covered the U.N. for the Jerusalem Post.

• Most programs $4,995 plus airfare
• Price includes housing, instruction, travel insurance, activities, interpreters (some programs include meals)
• Applications accepted on a rolling basis through Feb. 15, 2017
• $150 discount for students who pay in full by check by Jan. 1, 2017
