You Have a RTM raster map.
[Right click on Data Frame] > [Properties]
> [Coordinate System] > [Predefined] > [Projected Coordinate Systems]
> [World] > [WGS 1984 Web Mercator (Auxiliary sphere)]

[Right click on the layer]→[Data]→[Export Data]
1.Select [Data Frame] > 2. Choose the location to save data
> 3. Create a name > 4. Choose [GRID]
When you click [OK], you can see the warning window.
> Ignore it and Click [Yes]

[ArcToolbox] > [Conversion Tools] > [To KML] > [Layer to KML]
1.Select the new layer you exported in Step 4 > 2. Create an output filename
> 3. Set Layer Output Scale as 1 > 4. Click [OK]
[Right click on the new layer] > [Properties] > [Symbology] > Select your
Symbology of choice (e.g., Unique Values, Green to Red) > Click [OK]

Run [Google Earth] > [File] > [Open]
> Select [the KMZ file] you made
You can see the overlapped map layer on Google Earth.
