• Cool fermented in stainless steel• Held on the lees to increase palate weight• Intensely aromatic with stone fruit and subtle citrus notes• Rich, ripe flavours with tropical and citrus nuances• Crisp mouthfeel and elegant, long finish

Chardonnay

• Predominantly barrel fermented in French oak barriques• Held on the lees to add weight and complexity• Partial malolactic fermentation to integrate fruit and oak• Vibrant aromas of peach and apricot combine with citrus overtones• Silky texture with hints of spicy oak
