Do we need Office 365 and what license is needed?

Yes. We built Connect for Office 365. If you’re not licensed and setup, we can help you with that as well.

How does it compare in cost to someone building one for me?

There is no real comparison. Traditional intranet engagements start around 300+ hours. Beyond saving $$$ and time, Connect for Office 365 answers the questions you never knew to ask while educating users on what’s possible.

Am I limited to the number of users? Absolutely not. Our licensing is by user.

Can we access it from a mobile device?

Absolutely. Connect is accessible from phones, tablets, desktops and laptops.

Will you be able to see our data?

The short answer is yes. The long answer is our access to your site is to deploy and support users. Access to your information is done through our Microsoft’s Partner program.

How do I pay for it? Our customers can choose to pay the per seat subscription monthly or annually.

Can we change it after it’s set-up?

Absolutely! That’s the beauty of Connect for Office 365. It was intended to grow with you and to allow you the ability to change. We can help you grow how you use Connect.

Are monthly services requred?

No, but companies starting without internal support should consider a managed service plan.

How do we submit a support ticket?

Great question! Users fill out an online request and we have a backend process to move that request to closure. All requests will be visible to the company and provided as part of the monthly billing.

What’s the commitment for Support?

Companies can sign a 1-year support contract or a 3-year contract to lock in the pricing.

What Office 365 Apps are supported?

We focus our support around 4 core products of Office 365. SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerApps and Flow. They are the cornerstone apps to developing solutions.

What are Solve it and Power User Sessions?

Users should see what is possible for them to solve their own business problems with this awesome tool. We use real world problems and show our users how to get it done.

Why do we need a new site request process?

If companies don’t have a person to manage the backend of Office 365, having users create sites on their own will result in a mess. Sites should have a purpose and an owner(s). We ask users the important questions and then deliver back to them a site that is created and ready for them.

Solution Development?

Yes! Solving business problems with Office 365 is the way to go. Manual process, slow process, processes where things fall through the cracks. No visibility to what gets done. We’ve worked with companies of all sizes and developed solutions small and large. Our customers identify problems they wish to solve. We develop and rollout the solution and necessary training.

What is covered with the Level 2 Solution Development?

Projects could fall into one of two categories. Standard or advanced. For advanced solutions, we will create a separate statement of work and get approval for the additional costs by the customer.
