OVERVIEW

Great America PAC is the leading independent committee supporting Donald J. Trump for

President, having raised and spent over $7 million in support of his candidacy in four months. The group has secured over 110,000 individual contributions and built a file of more than 4 million active, self-

identified Trump supporters across the country. Ed Rollins, former Reagan Campaign Manager, serves

as lead strategist. The advisory committee includes Stanley Hubbard, Doug Lebda, and Bill Doddridge

among others.

State of the Race

Over the past two months, Donald Trump has become the Republican nominee and begun to unify the

Republican Party and conservative movement across the country. During this period, Hillary Clinton has

vanquished Bernie Sanders from the race. Additionally, the negative perception of her dishonesty and questionable ethics is expanding among the national electorate. The result is a wave of national

support for Trump’s candidacy as shown below in the summary of public polling over the past 30 days.

In addition to this recent surge of support, Donald Trump has proven his unique ability to expand the

electorate to achieve victory. With Trump having received the most primary votes in history of the

Republican Party, Great America PAC is running comprehensive research and analysis to understand

precisely who these new voters are and what will best motivate them to become a committed element of

a winning Trump Coalition in November, as well as protecting critical Republican majorities in Congress.

Our Target States

To secure the Presidency, Donald Trump will need at least 270 electoral votes in November. Reaching this

threshold will likely hinge on his performance in ten key swing states highlighted in the diagram below.

Our national campaign will be targeted primarily in these state to ensure we run the most efficient

independent committee of 2016 election cycle.

Research & Analysis

Record Republican primary voter turnout, coupled with historically low turn-out for Democrats despite a

highly charged primary, indicates a new dynamic for the general election. Great America PAC is acquiring

comprehensive voter files in the above 10 target states and developing unique voter identification and

turnout models in each state with our own national file of over 4 million self-identified Trump

supporters. This data and an analysis performed will answer the following questions:

How is this turnout different from previous presidential elections?

Which voters are making this turnout different?

Why are the voting for Trump?

What can we expect November voter turnout to look like?

Additionally, we are conducting extensive research to understand the make-up and motivations of the

base. This research includes polling in every target state to establish a baseline understanding of where

Donald Trump stands with this new turnout model. We will then be able to answer critical questions:

In what ways do we expect the primary election turnout to impact the general election?

What aspects of the political climate and of the candidates created increased voter activity?

In the battleground states, what is the real probability of winning?

This extensive research and analysis is critical to achieve success and our work in recent months has

positioned us to understand the profiles of Trump supporters unlike any other Super PAC.

Our Work & Approach

Great America PAC has already had a major impact on this race. We have raised and spent nearly $7 million and focused all our efforts on independent expenditures supporting of Donald Trump. This

effort has included running over 5,000 ads in the past 4 months, which have run in over 40% of all US households, with an average of 500,000 viewers per spot – translating to 2 billion potential views. images below. Just last week, we launched ads featuring former Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Dr. Dorothy Woods, the widow of former Navy SEAL, Ty Woods, who was killed during Benghazi.

Great America PAC has done the critical spade work in recent months to ensure we are the most

effective and efficient independent committee supporting the candidacy of Donald Trump. Our

existing and growing infrastructure and ability is unmatched. With the support of over 110,000 donors, Great America PAC has become the leading Pro-Trump Super PAC and we intend to remain on top.

Our ads will run in target states using a mix of broadcast, cable, and digital placement to ensure maximum

impact and a high – and measurable - return on investment. Additionally, we believe current and past

Super PAC efforts have focused too much on negative ads that oppose candidates. In fact, 2012 overall

Super PAC committee spending was 78% negative; we believe this ratio was detrimental to the overall

campaign for Republicans and reversing this trend is a more optimal strategy in 2016.

In addition to our ads and other persuasive voter contacts, Great America PAC will execute a very robust

ground game in target states. Trumps ability to expand the conservative electorate must be maximized

by conducting a strong “get out the vote” (GOTV) effort in all battle ground states. The Trump presidential

campaign has not invested in a ground game infrastructure and appears to be leaning almost exclusively

on the Republican National Committee (RNC) to execute this effort. While the RNC’s work will be helpful

to all Republicans on the ballot nationwide, a Trump specific ground operation that focuses in

battleground states, with his messaging, targeted to his unique supporters, is needed to ensure victory.

We will conduct this critical work where no other Super

PAC is focused, or has the data, positioned to execute.

Great American PAC’s national data file of

Trump supporters and donors across the country was

built over the past 4 months. It is an important asset

we invested in that positions us to gain a superior

understanding of how to win in November.

Furthermore, and has allowed us to fund all of our

overhead costs from this growing revenue stream. As

a result, we will be able to continue to fund nearly all of

our committee’s non-voter contact related operations

and overhead from this effort.
