US Insurance Non –Voice Process

• This is an Insurance process, where the offshore team support the onsite sales people in creating Insurance quotes.• Quotes are of 2 types. New quote and Renewal Quote. • Total team size is 50• Insurance can be of home/property, auto, Medial etc..

Process We Do:• Customer details are written in data sheet and the scan copy is send to us to run the quote using those details.• Once we analyze the market according to the customers requirement, we will put it in a presentation to show customer how much would be the least possible premium for their requirement.• Our offshore team has link to other insurance companies in US, which is given by our onsite team to analyze the market premium rates.• We upload the same details prepared from out offshore team to their internal software to verify the details and send it back to the customer.

Wellness Process Outsourcing – WPO – Both Inbound and Outbound Process

• WPO is an domestic process where SkyeITS involved in doing both inbound and outbound activity to the client “Anoos” a largest beauty chain organization in South India.

• Anoos own 17 locations in India and 1 in U.S.A. employing about 300 Technicians. It's a family business wherein all the four sisters are partners - Directors in the business.

• Also a wide range of Ayurvedic Indian Organic treatment products are available in which ,most of the herbs used in the Spa and in the products are, cultivated by Anoos organically.

• Apart from the clinical/Salon services for women, Anoos has also started international beauty school on the occasion of its silver jubilee. Apart from offering services to women Anoos extends if amazing services for men as well. Anoos have both clinical and salon services for Men”.

• At SkyeITS, we take care of their complete sales activity by calling the customers (Outbound sales) and explain about their products and services. We generate $ 35 k per month.

• Inbound, we handle customer queries, appointment bookings etc.

• We generate quotes through web rater; finalize them in different insurance carriers to find out which is cheaper and gives required coverage to customer. We are dealing with all personal lines (Homeowners, Auto, Motorcycle, Dwelling Fire, Renters, Term Life Insurances), Commercial lines (workers compensation, Auto, Business owners policy etc), Employee benefits, Health Insurance etc from offshore. We show different Insurance coverage options and their respective premiums in PPT presentations.
