Install fibre optic network which is far more reliable and accurate than radio signal for SCADA
Design Design double bus for 69 KV& 115 KV GIS and single bus tie for 12 KV & 24 KV GIS
OLTC with oil filter
partition power transformer bank and install fire extinguish system
Maintenance Do periodic test of protection relay and alarm system

Maintenance Prune the trees
