Born and raised in England, Gavin brings a unique combination of experience to Ovolo, drawn from an enviable quiver of past culinary adventures across the UK, France, Spain, New Zealand and Australia.
Gavin has worked with and headed some of the world’s most awarded fine dining venues, set up cooking schools, represented the British Culinary Olympic Team and collaborated with Neil Perry to create the QANTAS First Class menu.
Creativity comes naturally to Gavin, and his experimental approach to culinary challenges is sure to bring new sensations beyond your imagination at Ovolo Woolloomooloo.
