In an organisation t)ere are different rolls. Ea) roll )as its own set of douments. ifferent rolls often meandifferent ways of grouing douments.

A doumentation system lets users uload t)eir douments and add seifi tags to it. $y tagging, t)edoument an +e found +y anyone, indeendently of t)e diretory struture.

Owl is omressed as a .tar.g file. Dou need to deomress it and mo3e t)e GintraneH folder w)ere it is going to+e loated, usually your we+ser3er root. On ni5 systems;

tar xvfz Owl-1.10.tar.gzmv intranet /path/to/your/html/directory/

O'Eindows users need ini, 7i or any ar)i3ing utility aa+le of roessing .gfiles in order to +e a+le to deomress t)e Owl aage to its destination folder.
