Project StepsThe students shall be required to do a primary research of all the bungalows and villas in their locality which are available for lease/rent. These propertiesshould be residential with 8+ rooms.Students will be required to visit the property and note down the following data points: 1. Name of the property 2. Address and Lat/Long of the Property 3.Name of the owner 4. Contact number 5. Email Id of the owner 6. Address of the owner 7. Number of rooms/bathrooms available in the property. 8. 1-2street view pictures of the propertyThe data points will be validated by the oyo team. The students will be required to fill up a google sheet with all the data with the concerned projectmanager. The sheet will be shared with all the students.
