Rules & Regulations
1. Change only in the locker room. No boys/girls
over the age of five allowed in the
women’s/men’s locker room.
2. All personal belongings are to be left in the
locker room.
3. No swimming in underwear, panties or t-shirts -
bathing suits only.
4. Infants must wear swimming diaper.
5. Make-up classes are only provided if PAC cancels
a scheduled class.
A few suggestions that may help your child
learn & swim better…
1. Goggles with clears lens should be worn in
the pool.
2. Swim caps should be worn in the pool.
3. Rubber slippers should be worn in the pool.
4. No heavy meal should be eaten at least one
hour before the lesson.
PAC Swim Academy Schedule
Pre-school Class time: 30 minutes
6 months – 3 years
This aquatic program requires parent/guardian
participation. Games and songs help the child become
comfortable in the water.
Thursday 1:30pm – 2:00pm
Friday 1:30pm – 2:00pm
Friday 4:00pm – 4:30pm
Saturday 4:00pm – 4:30pm
Saturday 10:30am – 11:00am
Sunday 4:00pm – 4:30pm
Beginners (Level 1) Class time: 1 hour
4 years – 5 years
With personal flotation device, independent movement
starts here. Basic skills of swimming, such as kicking and
floating techniques are introduced to children as they
learn without parental involvement. Children may repeat
this level multiple times.
Choose one day: Mon, Wed, Sat or Sun 4:45pm
6 years – 10 years
Children gain water confidence, front and back float and
paddle with and then without a personal flotation device.
Choose one day: Mon, Wed, Sat or Sun 6:00pm
11 years – 16 years
This class helps children to gain more confidence in the
water through front crawl with rotary breathing and
backstroke.
Choose one day: Mon, Wed, Sat or Sun 7:15pm
Adults
This course is designed for non-swimmers to learn basics
of swimming and continue with deep water confidence.
Tuesday 8:30pm
Thursday 12:30pm
Intermediate (Level 2) Class time: 1 hour
4 & 5 years
This class helps children gain more confidence in the water
through front crawl stroke with rotary breathing and back
crawl strokes.
Choose one day: Mon, Wed, Sat or Sun 4:45pm
6 years – 10 years
This class helps children to gain more confidence in the
water through front crawl with rotary breathing and
backstroke.
Choose one day: Mon, Wed, Sat or Sun 6:00pm
11 years – 16 years
In this class, the front crawl with rotary breathing, the
backstroke, sidestroke and breaststroke are introduced.
Choose one day: Mon, Wed, Sat or Sun 7:15pm
Adults
This course covers front crawl with rotary breathing, the
back stroke, sidestroke and breast stroke.
Thursday 8:30pm
Advanced (Levels 3, 4 and 5)
Level 3 (4 years – 10 years)
In this class, the front crawl with rotary breathing, the
backstroke, sidestroke and breaststroke are introduced.
Friday 5:00pm
Level 4 (4 years – 10 years)
At this advance level of competency, perfect the breast
stroke, side stroke, elementary backstroke, and increased
distance swims butterfly is introduced.
Friday 6:00pm
Level 5 (11 years – 16 years)
Students at this level can now swim all major strokes.
Perfect the butterfly, play water polo, learn lifesaving
techniques, conditioning and distance swimming and
continue to work on a medley of all four competitive
strokes.
Friday 7:15pm
Registration Fees:
Annual Registration fee due at first registration
and every winter semester: $55.00.
Group Classes:
*Pre-school $90.00
* Ages 4 and up $145.00
Private (one-on-one) lessons:
*6 one hour lessons - $200.00
Semi-Private lessons (2students w/ 1 instructor):
*10 one hour lessons - $400.00
We accept registration at any time. Late registrants
will be prorated.
