Preator Bean Company, located at PO Box 234, Burlington, WY 82411, has allowed its Wyoming grain warehouse license to expire. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute section 11-11-105, the Wyoming De-partment of Agriculture is posting this notice prior to releasing the Company’s warehouse bond. If any person has been injured because of the Company’s failure to perform any of its obligations provided by law, and if that person desires to make a claim against the bond, that person must contact the Wyoming Department of Agriculture to ob-tain the Notice of Claim form, which must be received by the Depart-ment by December 10th, 2019. Persons submitting a Notice of Claim must either send it by certified mail to: Wyoming Department of Agri-culture; Attention: Grain Warehouse; 2219 Carey Ave; Cheyenne, WY 82002; or must contact the Department at (307) 640-1806 to arrange alternative delivery.
