  • Piano's history The very first piano was invented by Bartolomeo Cristofori in 1970s . There is lots of change in piano's history because old piano's are so different than the new ones.Before people called them piano they called them pianoforte because piano means soft and forte means loud so piano was the first instrument that you can control the sound.

  • Different types of piano Upright pianos are one of the most popular type of piano.Upright pianos are made in various heights; the shortest are called spinets or consoles, and these are generally considered to have an inferior tone resulting from the shortness of their strings and their relatively small soundboards. The larger upright pianos were quite popular in the later 19th and early 20th centuries.

  • Different types of pianoGrand pianos are another type of piano. These pianos are different because the door on the top is open and you can acutely see the hammers and the string that it is inside the piano.These pianos are really expensive.

  • Different types of piano There isn't a lot of information about this type of piano.These pianos are special and really expensive and there isn't a lot of them in the world and there is only a few of them.

  • Different types of pianoDigital pianos are really useful for small apartment and houses.They are useful because first of all you can control the volume and second they dont take a lot of space so they fit easily.These pines also have a good price.

  • strings:Metal wires stretched between two fixed points; the hammers strike them, causing them to vibrate and produce sound.treble bridge :Piece of wood over which the strings in the treble range are stretched; it transmits their vibrations to the soundboard.keyboard :Series of piano keys (52 white and 36 black).muffler pedal :In an upright piano, it lowers the muffler felt; in a grand piano, it prolongs the notes (sostenuto pedal).damper pedal :Pedal that increases the duration of string resonance by keeping the dampers raised.hitch pin :Piece attached to the metal frame; the lower end of the string attaches to it.bass bridge :Piece of wood over which the bass strings are stretched; it transmits their vibrations to the soundboard.metal frame :Metal body that supports the tension of the strings.soundboard :Flat surface that amplifies the string vibrations transmitted by the bridges.

  • keybed :Part of the piano projecting from the case; it supports the keyboard.soft pedal :In the upright piano, it brings the hammers closer to the strings to reduce their impact; in a grand piano, it limits the hammer impact to a section of the string.pedal rod :Piece of wood that connects the pedal to the mechanism.hammer rail :Felt-covered piece where the hammer shank rests when it falls back.muffler felt :Strip of felt that comes between the strings and the hammer heads when the muffler pedal is pressed; it lowers the volume of sound.tuning pin :Piece of wood or metal where the end of the string is attached; it adjusts string tension to obtain the exact tone.pressure bar :Metal bar under which the strings pass, marking the top of the section of vibrating strings.hammer :Piece of wood with a felt-covered end (head) that strikes one or more strings causing them to vibrate.case :Wooden box that encloses the inner workings of the piano and protects them.key :White or black lever pressed by the fingers to trigger a mechanism that causes the hammer to strike one or several strings.pin block:Part in which the tuning pins are anchored.

  • Yamaha Yamaha organization is a really good company with a good quality. This brand is really popular and is Japanese.Yamaha had started working in 1887. This piano almost sell to any where in the world.This piano is really popular for upright pianos.

  • Kawai Kawai is a really amazing Japanese brand. This piano have a really strong sound and is really expensive.This company had started working in 1927.This piano is popular for grand and upright pianos.

  • CasioCasio is a good brand and is also Japanese.This piano had started working in 1947. This brand mostly sold in Canada.These piano is mostly popular for digital pianos.

  • How does piano make sound?Piano make sound when the strings hit by a hammer so when they bum to each other so you can hear a sound. The piano has round 80 to 90 keys and every 7 key sound different.We have 7 note in music: C - D - E - F - G - A - B that those notes come in a big keyboard in piano.Piano has 3 pedals on the bottom, one of them make sound longer and connect the notes together and the other one make sound make sound low and the third one doesn't really do something special.

  • Piano on stage Piano is the main instrument because piano is big and have a loud sound and the way the piano invented is different with others so in the concerts piano play the melody and the main part and every one enjoy it cause the sound is so sweet.Piano is an instrument that is so different than others and usually piano plays the main and melody part.

  • Iranian Popular pianists There were lots of popular pianists but I will tell about a few of them.Let me start from my own country, in my country Iran, one of the most amazing and popular pianist is Anooshiravan Rohani. He plays the piano with his eyes closed and I had chance to play for him in my concert. One of his popular music sheets is the ruler of the heart(( .

  • Iranian Popular pianistsJavad Maroufi was another popular pianist in Iran. Two of his amazing sheets are Golden dreams and Mahoor, which I had learn them before.He had born in 1912 in Tehran and died in 1993. He was a really amazing pianist and no one in Iran will forget him!

  • Canadian popular pianistOne of the famous Canadian pianists is Glen Gold. He was one of the most popular pianist in the 20s century.He had born in 1832 in Toronto, and he died in 1982 in Toronto.One of his famous book is the Bach and it is really popular!

  • American popular pianistEdward Aldwell was a famous American pianist. He was also a music theorist too! He had born in 1838 in Oregon, USA, but he died in 2006 in New York.One of his famous book is the harmony and voice leading.

  • Iranian famous music sheetMohoor is a very famous Iranian and challenging song by Javad maroufi.This song is really nice and a good thing I like about is that it has 3 melody song, one for the beginning, one for the middle and one for the end.This song is really challenging because is 7 pages and another thing is that this sheet used a lot of music signs and.. I learned this after 4 months!

  • Canadian famous music sheet This song is a part of Bach, by Glen Gold.Bach is really famous and almost every where in the world teach this book to the students.Bach is a really thick book and this sheet is only a part of it.

  • German famous music sheetFur Elise is a really really amazing and famous song by Beethoven.Beethoven wrote this song for his love Elise.Elise was Beethovens fiancee but on their wedding she said no and ruined everything and Beethoven heart was broken by her.
