The most important part that is the loading skid equipped with a flow meter, controller and shut off valves with fully automatic operation. We have full support and back up of Loadtec, a company based in UK as our technology partner for providing us the complete solutions. Because of Loadtec’s extensive experience in their field, they are able to provide comprehensive packaged solutions to a wide variety of customers worldwide. The projects can range from complete terminal survey and refurbishment to a green field terminal development. Together with Loadtec we can provide an inclusive design, supply, installation and commission package for loading arms, quick release couplings, dry disconnect couplings, breakaway couplings, tanker access and fall prevention equipment. Terminal Management Systems We offer complete solutions for terminal management of the Bulk storage plants. The system will cover all the required hardware and the software including the field equipment and devices. The system will record the entrance of the cleared tanker with all its associated details:

Security clearance checks Loading of the tanker with time stamp and the quantity Automatic generation of the billing and invoicing Recording of the delivered product & remaining quantity Recording of any faults with time stamp Entrance and leaving of the tanker and printing of the reports and

clearance ticket for the driver.

Loading and Unloading Skid The loading skid is equipped with flow meter, flow control valve and the controller to automatically control and monitor the filling or unloading of the liquids from the tankers. The system can be interfaced with the central control system or DCS and coupled with other local control skids in case of Bulk Oil management systems. The system checks for all the safety pre-requisites before the start of filling or unloading operations, like the grounding of the tanker, the tanker level, the storage oil tank level, positioning of the loading arm etc. before initiating the filling operation. Loading with Vapour Recovery Arms Retractable top loading arms with vapour recovery are pneumatically operated. They are provided with all the safety features and interlocks. Environmental protection and operator safety are placing increasing pressure on operators to provide safe and clean systems. The long reach arm is the most popular choice for chemicals allowing a long reach. It can be retrofitted with a number of accessories if required. Tanker Access Systems The tanker access system comprises the Folding Stairs which can be unfolded and rest on the tanker during the filling operation and platform with stair case. Folding Stairs

Simple counterbalanced action Integral safety cage with three rails for operator protection Parking Latch Galvanized steel construction. Available in multiple step versions and always in galvanized carbon

steel. The units have standard spring cylinder balance or optional

pneumatic or hydraulic actuation. All units can be fitted with a safety cage.

The standard platform is an excellent low cost method for gaining access to tanker manhole. It is designed and made locally by PACE.

Made of a simple galvanized steel structure it has design flexibility to facilitate up to four loading arms and two folding stairs. The access stairway can be straight, right angled or with a return. For Loading stations complete solutions are offered inclusive of all the mechanical piping, control and power cabling and associated civil works like foundations of the equipment and the tanker pads.

The electrification work is performed by organizing the job into various groups covering all the different stages of project to keep up with pace of on-going civil works. Before the start of work the drawings are carefully examined and marked in co-ordination with the civil work contractor. The quality and safety standards are strictly followed during the execution of the work. The drawings are carefully marked as per as-built work and kept in safe custody and reported to the consultant in case of major deviations.

Mechancial Works We design, fabricate, and install piping and steel structures, piping work, HVAC ducts, access, platforms and stairways required for Industrial and Building projects. Our experienced team also install pumps, chillers, boilers, and other specialized building and industrial equipment. Our associated pipe fabrication shop has full custom capability, including orbital gas tungsten arc welding. Backed by a quality workforce, state-of-the art equipment, and registered mechanical engineer project managers, projects are completed meeting all schedule requirements, performance expectations, and budgeting goals. Our Process and Power Piping Department has performed welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloy 20 and other alloys. Our objective of the quality is to finish the project within the specified time frame in accordance with the conditions set down in the contract with our clients in conformity with international prevailing quality standards. To achieve our objective, we have developed the quality manuals based on the international standards. The quality procedures are applied on the following tasks:

The Quality Assurance Procedures are regularly updated to keep them in line with the international standards. A quality assurance engineer is assigned who monitors all the activities taking place during the execution of the project with respect to quality.

Quality Integration

Our employees undergo rigorous training in accordance with our well-

established in-house training and development programs. Employees will

also undertake one or two day induction/authorization training programs

run by the individual Distribution Network Operators prior to commencing work on their networks.

All staff are directly responsible for the quality of their workmanship and

engineering operations. Our supervisors, project managers and engineers perform detailed and regular auditing on all work undertaken.

International quality systems

Although we are in the process of acquiring ISO 9001:2000 certification,

we strictly implement the related Quality Systems in our design, tendering and project management department and all the field activities.

ISO is used within PACE as a cross functional tool for continual business

process improvement. As all processes are documented, and a high

standard of record keeping is maintained, this

ensures that all paperwork, decisions and equipment are traceable.

HEALTH AND SAFETY Safety First

We manage all our projects in accordance with the most demanding health

and safety procedures. Our project managers are highly trained to comply

with best practice in providing a safe environment for our customers, the

public and our employees. Project specific method statements and risk

assessments are developed and agreed with our clients prior to work

commencing.

Risk Assessment and the Safety System

We place significant emphasis on the use of Method Statements and risk

assessments to effectively control the hazards on site and have invested

heavily in training all our employees to critically evaluate working situations and environments with a view to identifying and managing safety hazards.

All operational employees are fully site inducted. They complete daily risk

assessments and regularly attend toolbox talks. By emphasizing the

importance of on the ground risk assessment, we have ensured our

employees focus on managing their own safety, that of their colleagues and the wider public.

All operational staff are provided with our standard full personal protective

equipment (PPE) this is supplemented where appropriate to meet any

bespoke specific requirements of our customers (eg, flame retardant

overalls). Additionally tools and equipment are regularly updated and

calibrated every six months in line with our ISO accredited quality procedures.
