Payment Details When you’re ready to make a booking please complete this booking request form, sign and return it by email to [email protected] A cash bond is required to be paid at the time of pickup, and will be returned following the event when all items have been returned, checked and accounted for. Please arrange to bank transfer into the following account: Bank: Commonwealth / Name: Jae Halliday / BSB: 062-692 / Account: 21819417 (Please use your name as the deposit reference when transferring funds.) In the unlikely event that breakage, damage or loss occurs at our discretion, a replacement fee is to be paid and is calculated at RRP. If making payment by cash, please bring exact outstanding amount.

Terms & Conditions Please note that ALL hire items are to be returned clean, dry and in the same condition that they were received. If cleaning is required, at our discretion a fee will be deducted from you bond. Any non-return or damage to packaging or carry boxes will also incur a replacement fee. In the unlikely event that a hire item becomes unavailable for your event, we will inform you as soon as possible and will offer to supplement with a similar item of equal or more value. Collection and Return of hire products are to be arranged strictly by appointment Pickups Friday - 7 Bloodwood Circle, South Lake 6164. Drop Offs Monday - 7 Bloodwood Circle, South Lake 6164. We appreciate your punctuality in adhering to appointment times. Terms of hire are for a maximum of 3 days unless arranged otherwise. In the instance where items are not returned within the time frame set, we reserve the right to deduct a surcharge from your bond for each day the items are not returned. Please understand that most of our products are one off pieces and are typically booked for another c lient’s cerebrations following your booking, so we appreciate your assistance in punctual return of products. Cancellations prior to 14 days before the date of your function will not incur a cancellation fee, however cancellations between 3 and 14 days prior to the date of your function will incur a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations on the day of, or less than 3 days before your function will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the hire amount. In the event of unforseen circumstances, and at our discretion, we may allow you to change your booking date.
