TRAY, CAP AND SLEEVE PALLET PACKS

A composite pack with bottom tray, pre-mounted on a four way entry

wooden pallet, an inner sleeve and a top cap.

Sleeve is supplied flat within tray and top cap to minimise space.

Ideal for heavy items that are difficult to lift, as the sleeve can be placed

over item after it is positioned onto the tray.

CUSTOMMADE CARTONS

We are able to offer a custom made service ranging from 50 cartons upwards. These can be manufactured in standard

brown, white or mottled board or flood coated and varnished.

We are also able to offer stock holding facilities on special cartons subject to prior arrangement.

MATERIALS

We can manufacture cartons from the following materials: single wall corrugated board, double wall corrugated board, tri-

wall corrugated board and solid board.

We are also able to offer advice regarding alternative materials which can save costs and also reduce your obligation to the

waste legislation without compromising performance.

PRINTING

We can print cartons using various processes including flexographic, lithographic and silkscreen.

QUOTATIONS

A written quotation will be issued prior to any work being carried out, Samples will also be submitted for approval along with

any artwork proofs.

In order for us to give you a quotation quickly and without complications we would ask you to give us the following

POLY PLUS LINEAR BLEND BAGS

A clear polythene bag manufactured from a linear blend material to give extra strength at low microns. Comes as standard in

a polythene dispenser pack with cardboard stiffener for quick easy dispensing. All Poly Plus bags are food grade.

Labels are printed to order either from your artwork supplied

or designed for you.

Labels from one to full colour on a variety of substrates from

matt white paper through to the full range of synthetics and

foils.

There is no minimum order quantity If you require just 1,000

labels or several million we have the capacity to cope with all

your requirements.

Supplied in reels, fan-fold or sheeted in singles and multiples

if required.

--Serial numbering can be included within the label in multiple

Instapak Quick RT foam packaging is easy to use, anyone can

become a packaging expert instantly.

There are no start up costs, no captial commitment

bag and lay on a flat surface.

Press hard on the component A

ROLLE 8 PALLET WRAPPING MACHINERY

The Rolle 8 is a low cost semi automatic pallet wrapper, with simple controls

and robust construction. When combined with our Mimalite oriented pallet

wrap films the Rolle 8 can offer reductions in cost and packaging waste. As a

MICRA SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINERY

The Micra is a compact L sealer and combination shrink

chamber machine that is available in 3 chamber sizes.

Features include

HEAT SEALING EQUIPMENT

A range of polythene bag sealers, industrial heat sealers, security

sealers, portable hand sealers and sack sealers.

Sealing widths from 16cm up to 77cm available as standard.

Impulse sealing machines use low voltage element wires which

heat up rapidly to a temperature which can weld plastic film in

seconds. The element then cools to allow molten film to set under

pressure before it is removed from the sealing jaws.

Machines are fitted with adjustable electronic timers to accurately

control the period during which the plastic is welded. Some

machines are also fitted with cooling timers to control consistency

of cooling time before removal from sealing jaws.

Impulse sealers can weld up to 1000 gauge polythene as standard

and other larger solenoid or pneumatically operated machines can

be manufactured to specific order.

Cutters are available on many models to trim surplus film or to

make bags from layflat polythene tubing.

Constant Heat Sealers use thermostatic controllers to maintain the

element bar at a selected temperature.

Constant Heat Sealers are ideal for laminated materials having

different melting points.

Modified wide seal elements for security coded seals and “cut and

seal” elements can be specified on selected machines.

THE RIPACK 2000 HEAT SHRINK SYSTEM

Uses a gas powered heat gun to shrink polythene around

products.

Ideal for protecting large products, stabilising unsteady

loads, securing various collations and wrapping odd shapes.

System comprises of a Ripack 2000 heat gun, an adjustable

regulator, 8 metre propane type hose with swivel connector,

spanner and instruction sheet with a guarantee card.

The easy to handle, light gun has a rotating nozzle and

swivel connection to ensure hose does not twist.

The nozzle has a unique patented design which remains cool

eliminating the risk of burns and additional protection.

The regulator is fully adjustable to suit all kinds of film and

can heat a large area to produce a very short shrinking time.

Additional options include a horizontal extension to increase

the range enabling easy ground work, shields to protect

operator’s hand from heat reflected by certain types of

material, a vertical extension which eliminates the need for

ladders and scaffolding for high and hard to reach areas and

gas trolleys for either 20kg or 33kg gas cylinders.

SOCO T-100 CASE SEALERS

The features of the T-100 series are compact construction, low price, small shipping

cases, and simple handling in retail distribution. All vital parts, such as dispensers,

belt drives and top assembly, boast the well known SOCO SYSTEM top quality.

The T-100 is available with an electro-zinc or a stainless steel finish. In the stainless

steel version, all external parts, excluding gears, motors, and aluminum parts, are

made of stainless steel. The machine is easy to clean and resistant to damp and

moisture.

SOCO T-55

The automatic height and width adjustment makes the T-55 ideal in packing lines

where case sizes vary, e.g. in the dispatch department of warehouses. Two

operators can work simultaneously on either side of the packing table.

The T-55 can operate as a fully automatic top and bottom sealer provided the top

flaps of the case are closed by means of a control label or a small piece of tape.

SOCO T-602
