Clear, high gloss with no stress whitening. Available in black and other colours on request.
Fully recyclable material and manufactured using recycled APET
Low moisture vapour transmission rate and good barrier properties
High impact durability and rigidity togther with exceptional hinge and fold strength
Chemical, oil and grease resistant.
Our VSP and MAP trays are produced in partnership with Plantic Technologies using PLANTIC™ R sheet. This allows us to offer trays that are made from a combination of recycled PET together with a renewably sourced plant based core of PLANTIC™ HP. This core has exceptional gas barrier properties resulting in long shelf life for food products. These trays are fully recyclable in the usual PET waste streams.
Rigid trays are generally available in clear and black. Other specific colours are available on request.
TYPICAL USES AND CARE
For use inside vacuum and shrink bags as a bone protection system. Suitable for chilled and frozen meats
Temperature limits – minus 30°C to plus 100°C
Storage in clean, dry, cool areas out of direct sunlight
Shipped in sealed cartons with plastic bag liners, wrapped on pallets.
TYPICAL USES AND CARE
For use as a base tray inside vacuum and shrink bags or with an overwrap
Suitable for chilled and frozen meats, smallgoods, seafood, poultry and produce
Temperature limits – minus 35°C to plus 95°C
Storage in clean, cool dry areas
Shipped in sealed cartons with plastic bag liners, wrapped on pallets.
