Mars Tech Centrix systems are designed and built to apply one fully automatic self-cleaning centrifuge to continuously remove paint sludge from up to four water- wash paint spray booths in an automatic time shared mode. The system continuously separates and compacts overspray paint. The separated paint contains no free moisture and is automatically discharged in a sludge hopper. The systems are cost efficient for single and multiple paint booths spraying up to several hundred gallons of paint per day; are fully automatic and require minimal operator attendance; and reduce paint waste by up to 85%.

Star PolyPresses feature standard CRG polypropy- lene plates and inlet pipes, schedule 80 PVC air blowdown manifolds, heavy-duty carbon steel stands with epoxy coating, and top-quality American-made hy- draulics; however, Star will custom fabricate their Poly- Press using any plate configuration for process applica- tions requiring cake wash, frequent media changes, or other special requirements.
