The following agreement shall establish the conditions under which smdents from Palm Beach Community College shall progress to senior or upper division stams. This agreement is without a speeified termination date~however, either party may terminate the agreement at any time provided students then currently enrolled shall be allowed to complete their course of studies pursuant to the terms of the agreement in effect at the time of termination. NOTE: Students wishing 10participate under the terms and conditions of this agreement must complete an Associate degree program at Palm Beach Community College. I.
