At a population of 105,457, Miami Gardens is the third largest city in Miami-Dade County (after Miami and Hialeah). Located in the North-Central
region of the county, mid-way between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, it is easily accessed by I-95, SR 826 (the Palmetto Expressway) and Flori-
