''When people receive bad customer service there always quick to complain but it's very rare we hear about great

customer service so I felt I needed to send this email as my parents received from First Luggage the highest standard

any one could give. My Parents flew back from your Riu Paraiso Lanzarote Resort on the 8th December, they had a

fantastic time and will be returning later in the year. It wasn't till they got home that they realised they had left a

mobile phone in the resort. My mum instantly went into her local travel agent to which she booked the holiday with and

was told that she may as well right the phone off as she wouldn't be getting it back, needless to say I myself was

furious with the treatment she had received and recommended she contacted yourselves. My mum then contacted First

Luggage who were very friendly and willing to help. They called and sent an email to the hotel and within a few days a

gentleman from First Luggage contacted her saying they had the phone and would return it back to her. My mum can't

remember the gentleman's name but he was in constant contact with her until the phone was back. He called at least

once a day with an update. I would be most grateful if you could pass on my sincere gratitude to all who helped and

especially the gentleman in resort office as he went on and above his duties and is definitely a credit to your company.

As a result of this outstanding customer service I will be definitely be recommending First Luggage...to all my family

and friends. Once again thank you''
