Baking bread is so hard. I’ve tried so many times and somehow I have managed to fail each time. Sometimes it didn’t rise, I forgot to put salt in it or yeast or the bread simply got burned. Each time it had some flaws. I was desperate to make perfect, puffy, fresh and good smelling bread. After all my epic fails I nearly quit. Then one day I went to friends house and she asked me to taste some of the bread she baked it was just the bread I wanted to make. I was surprised and curious. I asked her how she managed to made such a delicious one. I had my doubts because; she isn’t a better baker

than me, not by a long shot. She replied that she made it through a bread machine. Her answer was interesting, it gave me hope and I started again to bake bread. So I searched a few sites, selected , found the best deal and bought it.

The machine has many interesting and helpful features like:It has an Automatic dispenser for yeast which puts yeast at the

perfect timings to give you perfect soft bread.

It doesn’t occupy much space making it easier to put it anywhere.It has a timer so you can set it and it will turn off after the time, so you don’t burn the bread the way I did.

With its non-stick internal pan with a built in handle you can easily take the bread and the pan out.

It has five baking modes (how cool is that) that are; Bake only mode, Rapid Bake, Raisin, Sandwich and Pizza/Roll or raisin dough, that allow you to do different sort of tasks through a single machine.

You can also choose the color of the crust. You can either select a light or medium or a dark crust.

It has a flash indicator which tells you when the operation is completed.

Pros

The first thing I like about this bread machine is that it makes delicious fresh bread.

You don’t have to worry about nothing just set the timing, provide it with ingredients, set the size of loaf you want and the color of the crust and it will give you exactly that.

The machine doesn’t take a lot of space so it is really helpful if you have a small kitchen.

Its rapid mode helps to speed up the process.

The non-stick pan enables you to easily slide off the bread, trust me it is really useful otherwise the hardest part is to take the bread out in one piece.

Pros

The pan has a handle attached to it so you can take it out with ease too.

You can customize the bread in many ways.

The flash indicator tells you that the baking has been done.

The bread texture is good and also it’s moist from the inside while really tough and crusty from the outside.

The machine saves time and also money for me (in a sense I don’t have to throw away the bread).

Cons

The machine is simply superb but some things that should be looked upon that are preventing it from going to marvelous are that;

It is loud so if you want the bread in the morning and you’re making it at night you won’t be able to sleep.

The second problem is that in rapid mode the results are not as good as at standard settings.

The really is something. It has inspired me more to cook and especially bake. Now I proudly serve people fresh and tasty bread and own it. Now I don’t have to knead the bread, which I found the hardest part in making bread. Every day I get fresh bread in the morning I don’t have to buy it. I haven’t seen the decrease in the efficiency of the machine in the past two years. If the noise of the machine can be fixed it would be a really amazing machine because I cannot bear the sound. Otherwise I’m really satisfied with the bread making machine and I would want everyone to give it a chance.
