Put simply, cloud accounting is the storing of your financial data on a server which can be
accessed remotely (i.e. anywhere in the world with an internet connection).
The ‘cloud’ refers to the place the data is stored; usually huge server farms which consist of
thousands of computers with the sole purpose of storing data securely, so it can be accessed
from anywhere.

Here is how we do it...
Reduced ErrorsPandle will either disallow actions or warn users when it thinks they are entering potentially
erroneous transactions.
Pandle queries small amounts posted to asset accounts to ensure they should not be
expensed.
Pandle will only allow posting to the wages liability account and does not list the expense
categories when wage transactions are processed from banking.
The user receives a warning if the cash account has a credit balance at any given time.

Businesses not registered for VAT will be notified if they hit the threshold for registering,
along with their exact effective date.
Enabling easy transitioning between VAT schemes - did you know that most accounting
software cannot handle an accurate switch of VAT schemes? Pandle handles this error free
for you and your clients.
Users cannot edit transactions tied to a submitted VAT return. Only you can do this.
Additionally, when you have finished work with a financial period, you are able to lock all
transactions before a specific date which can be password protected so that the user
cannot make changes to previous work.

Digital but if HMRC push through their
proposals then all of your clients with a
turnover of £10k or more will need to make
quarterly submissions through accounting
software to replace the tax return.

You can set up accounts on behalf of your clients, or
they can set up their own and give you access. This
allows you to work on the account with your client
simultaneously in real time, giving you a closer
working relationship.
As a Pandle Partner we promise that your clients will not be contacted or marketed to under any
circumstances. Your client’s data will also be encrypted and securely stored on UK servers which
are continually backed up.
