The Challenge!

The Result!

Development + Operations = DevOps “The practice of operations and

development engineers participating together in the entire service lifecycle, from design through the development process to production support.”

“Dev team supports operational requirements such as deploy scripts, diagnostics, and load and performance testing from the beginning of the cycle; and ops team provides knowledgeable support and feedback before, during, and after deployment.”

So, what is DevOps?

Dev + QA + Ops = DevOps

What is NOT Devops!
