There are 12 people in the management team. From the age

distribution, the average age is 29 years old, the oldest 39 years old, the

youngest 25 years old; from the cultural level, 12 people have college

education; from work experience, all management personnel are engaged

in smelting, equipment, marketing, administration, personnel management

Company profile 　　 Panzhihua Guotai Science & Technology Co. Ltd. was founded in August of 2008. It Is a joint-

stock private enterprise which is in one of the collection of research, development, production, and

sale. It is located in the Panzhihua V-Ti Industrial area where covers more than 4 million square

meters, adjacent to the Panxi highway, PanZhiHua Railway Station, Panzhihua airport. The traffic is

very convenient. Since the company was founded, we make every effort to create a high-tech, high

quality and high efficiency enterprise under the leadership of the strong support from national policy,

the correct guidance of municipal leaders and the social support of all circles.

Our registered capital is RMB40,000,000 Yuan, with the total assets over 100 million Yuan , sales income 100

million Yuan annual. We have 200 people, including more than 95 college education employees, 25 with senior

technical qualifications, 45 with primary technical qualifications. We have an output of titanium materials 30,000 tons

and 60,000 tons production each line annual. Also, we set up a specialized R & D team. At the same time, we

established a long-term cooperation with Panzhihua University and some Colleges of Panzhihua. At present, We have

been authorized the “Titanium Slag Furnace Body", “Pressure Ring" and a number of utility model patents and

invention patents by the State Intellectual Property Office which made the company lay a solid scientific research

foundation from production, learning and research, integrated marketing mode and long-term sustainable

of Panzhihua Vanadium and Titanium industrial area.

Our company covers an area of 40,000 square meters and the construction

area is 8,900 square meters . The main building facilities include three electric

furnace rooms , two raw material yards and one office building. We have two

6,300KVA titanium slag furnaces and one 25,000KVA titanium slag furnace. The

furnaces’ Design production capacity is output of 90,000 tons of titanium material,

half of the 45,000 tons of steel per year. There is an independent administrative

area and dining hall. It's very beautiful and tidy. It’s the living and working

demonstration place for workers of industrial area.

We have two 6,300KVA titanium slag furnaces and one 25,000KVA titanium slag furnace through our independent research and development. The furnaces’ Design production capacity is output of 90,000 tons of titanium material, half of the 45,000 tons of steel per year. The level of science and technology is in a leading position in the international.

stable quality, uniform particle, and fully reached the standard requirements of Y

S/T298—2007 in China. It’s the best raw-material of producing titanium dioxide,

titanium tetrachloride and four electrodes.
