This selling line persuades the audience to buy the magazine as it states it is the best one available and the audience shouldn’t settle for any less.

The masthead of the magazine will be pink to appeal to the female audience. The bubble writing fits in well with the title of the magazine ‘bubblegum’ that relates to the sweet and slightly cheesy pop genre.

The web address of the magazine is conveyed underneath the masthead to show another convergence of the magazine. As internet has become more and more accessible, a wider audience will be attracted as internet is easy to use as you don’t have to go down to the shops and purchase it. Its free, encouraging people to see the exclusive and additional features that are on there, and could allow the magazine to reach an international audience.

These graphic images of fashion items attract the female audience, with the anchorage text to explain simply why they are there and for what article they fit into.

The buzzword ‘FREE!’ draws attention, making it sound exciting and that the buyers are getting more for their money, which is always a plus.

The price is highlighted to show off how cheap it is. It is a bubble-gum bubble itself to fit in with the title of the magazine and create a branding identity that is easily recognisable to the audience.

The slogan ‘Get stuck in!’ relates back to the title of the magazine, the idea that bubble-gum is sticky itself, as well as getting stuck in to reading the magazine. It is a play on words that works well with the younger audience.

The main image will be starring the female band Little Mix, conveying girl power. They will be stylised to fit into the ‘perfect’ image that celebrities are expected to maintain for their fans to look up to.

This anchorage text goes with the main image of the front cover, showing what this issue will be mainly featuring. It will fit in with the colour scheme of lilac or pink and is surrounded by little stars to fit in with the ‘Starring Little Mix’ as well as adding fun little graphics around the page to appeal to the young females.

Main house style will be continued onto the contents page to make the appearance easily recognisable.Baby pinks and lilacs convey a girl colour scheme that will appeal to the target audience. The fact the same layout, font and little stars are continued make it look professional but still fun and cheerful for the readers.

The layout makes it easy to find what your interested in reading, this appeals to the younger audience who would appreciate a simple appearance.

This section at the bottom of the page shows the front cover of this specific issue, this allows you to see the resemblance and house style that is continued. It also persuades the buyer to subscribe to the magazine with the cheaper deal.

On the contents page it shows the institution to make it clear which company has produced the magazine.

The largest image promotes the double page spread and encourages the audience to read further into the magazine. The page numbers are large to reinforce this.

More graphics to make the page more vibrant to fit into the pop genre and appeal to the young audience.

Having the letter from the editor makes it direct to the reader, it is a friendly approach and makes them feel like it is personal.

The header at the top of the double page spread tells the audience immediately what is on the page to grab their attention. ‘Exclusive’ is a buzz word to make the content more exciting, that is reinforced with the explanation mark.

The masthead of this page will follow in the house style of the same colour and font. The ‘reveal all’ creates the idea that no one else knows what is about to be said, only the audience of the magazine.

These graphics will show pictures of the band to reinforce girl power. They are overlapped in a scrapbook appearance to make it look more carefree and suitable for the fun target audience

This small section is promoting the bands latest CD as it would be a purchase the audience would be interested in making. The bubble will be pink bubble gum to relate back to the magazine brand

This little section shows a fashion side to appeal to the audience as they will be interested in what their favourite celebrities and pop-stars like to wear.

The interview will take up around 60% of the page, with larger pull quotes to draw the readers attention and persuade them to read the interview.

This title is a play on words to appeal to the reader as it makes it more fun and interesting. Its short and straight-forward to explain what the section is quickly and simply.
