History !   In 1966 a descendant of Francisco de Montejo

claimed that part of the island of Cozumel was of his property and that he didn't want to be apart of Mexico or any other country.

! After 6 years of fighting and buying land Santiago de Perinaugh was able to create his own country which he called Paradizo because he believed that this country could be a place where people could be happy and in harmony with nature and for him that was paradise.

! Within years Paradizo was a fully developed country wich became one of the main vacation spot and retiring place for high class people.

Location

! One of the most beautifull countries located in Cozumel, Quintana Roo Mexico a truly Paradise surronded off beautifull beaches, sea, and a great variety of flora and fauna.

Political System ! Pardizo is being ruled as a parlamentary monarchy,

government in which a monarch acts as head of state within the parameters of a constitution, whether it be a written, uncodified, or blended constitution. This monarchy employ a parliamentary system in which the monarch may have strictly ceremonial duties or may have reserve powers, depending on the constitution. There will also be a prime minister who is the head of government and exercises effective political power.

Language

! The oficial language spoke in Paradizo would be Spanish due to the most of the populations is Mexican as secondary language it would be used english.

Economy

! Paradizo would be based on capitalism.

! Our county’s economy will be based on fishing, agriculture and tourism (which we will promote) between some other .

Laws

!   Policies regarding to use of weapons: The use of weapons in our country will be only allowed for the police department, and no citizen will be allowed to own any kind of weapon, if someone is caught owning a weapon they will be taken into jail.

Death penalty and abortion: The country declare this: the death penalty only will be aplied if the criminal have comitted murder, but its an option because the punishment can be different in a trial, so it will be an opcion but not the finale decision, with this the crimes rate would decrease by the fear of this punishment. Abortion only could be alowed in the situation of rape, if the female is under age she will need the aprove and sign of her parents, if the baby threats the life of the woman knowing this by a medical study, the abortion can be allowed, also the abortion will be in hospitals and not in civil houses

Polices ! Immigration: Any citizen of any country may come to live

on Paradizo,but there will be special agents that will determine if they can stay for the benefit of the country, they will check the following, appearance, education and their bank accounts. In case of de denial the individual will be asked to leave the country. The would be special permissions for people to come to work or study, there would be a previous investigation for this people to avoid any threat for the security of the country.

! Taxes, The taxe rate is set at 15% on all goods, old or new, for private ownership or resale.

! All the imports will be evaluated for special agencies of the aduana. There will be no export restrictions of any kind.

! Censorship Polices: Even that the country is a parlamentary monarchy. People would have right to express themselves in all topics. There would be an open freedom of expression, while rights or laws are not violeted. The media is going to be able to inform poeple about what is going on in all topics including politics without any censorship.

Religion

! Paradizo would be a secular country so you would be able to chose the religion you want, no matter what religion is it.

Education

!   It will consist in Elementary, Middle, and High School, every level of scholarity, will be obligatory and completely free. And if you wish to, you can study a career and become a professional, we will design a special committee to see all the education problems, possible solutions and ways to improve the education.
